Step-by-Step Process
1. Download the template
Locate just below and download the appropriate template:
One template is provided for Loose
One template is provided for ULD
2. Fill in the template
Open the download excel file and enter your rates in the designated columns.
Follow all provided guidelines within the template to ensure data accuracy and formatting consistency.
3. Share the completed file
Once the file is complete, send it via email to AA HelpDesk Team: hkiacc@hkairport.com
4. Processing timeline
The standard processing time is between 24 to 72 hours upon receipt of the completed Excel file.
