Step 1: Start Your Booking

  • Enter your shipment details.

Step 2: Choose Your Option

  • Select your preferred Airline or shipment Option.

  • Click “BOOK NOW.”

Step 3: Review Before Confirming

Step 4: Booking Confirmation

  • If the chosen airline supports AutoAWB, the AWB number is added automatically.

  • Import/export service charges are shown in the disclaimer. Mandatory charges are highlighted for your review. Once you agree with all charges, confirm your booking by clicking BOOK

  • The AWB may be encrypted at the start. Our local partner will then reach out to provide the final AWB number and coordinate the handling of your shipment.

Step 5: Track Your Shipment

  • Go to the Shipments tab to see booking status and updates.

Step 6: Wallet Deduction

  • The booking amount, along with the security deposit (20% of the shipment cost), will be deducted from your CargoWALLET.

  • Access your CargoWALLET by clicking the Wallet icon on the top right of the booking page and use the same credentials as your CargoMART Forwarder account.

  • View these transactions on the History page

Step 7: View Payment Details by AWB

  • Use the AWB filter for quick access to payment details. The subcategory displays all transactions per AWB, including provisional charges at the time of booking. Final airline reconciliations are updated every two weeks in line with the airline’s billing cycle.

Step 8: Booking Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirming your booking.

Step 9: Invoices

  • You’ll first receive a Pro Forma Invoice (a provisional invoice for your prepaid booking).

  • Later, a Final Invoice will replace it once the airline’s billing is complete.

  • Any booking or portal fee adjustments are automatically included in the final invoice.

    Note:
The amount to be refunded from the 20% security deposit will be determined once we receive the final invoice from the airline. Any unused portion will then be returned to your account.
