If your airline registration is activated, login to the CargoAi system.

To reach "market rate" or "contract rate", select rates in the pull down menu followed by the rate you require. This page gives you an overview of the airfreight rates that you charge to any forwarder using your service. Let's quickly walk through each section so you can make the best use of this page.

Copy from market rate to edit them for contract rates

You can use your current market rate values as a starting point to negotiate contract rate with a particular forwarder.
To do this, go to Market rate and select COPY TO CONTRACT RATE and follow the prompts.

Create new contract rates

Alternatively, you can create new contract rates for your forwarders.

Click the create contract rate button at the top right corner of the page. Select the forwarder which you want to negotiate with in the drop down list. Once you have submitted it, that forwarder will be notified and respond accordingly.

Type the filter choice in the market rate box

You can enter keywords like destination, commodity, or even the price value.

As you type, rows that contain the keyword will be displayed immediately. Use this to quickly zoom to the required row.

Clicking on the export rate sheet button at the top right corner of the page allows you to export the entire market rate table. You can choose whether to export in CSV format or PDF format.

Once you've made the selection, follow the on-screen instructions to save the file in your local folder.

If you have included a new airport in your airfreight network, or you no longer fly to a particular destination, just click on the add/remove destination button. You will be redirected to the profile page to add or remove airports that you fly to.

Click on the history button at the top right corner of the page to see the changes made to the market rate table over a period of time.

Airfreight rates are typically seasonal. With that mind, we made it easier for you to adjust the validity period, right on the same page!

To do that, look no further than the top of the page and select the start and end ("valid from" / "to") dates. Changes made here will be reflected immediately.

If you want to add a new route-commodity rate, or remove an existing one (perhaps you no longer carry a certain product type), Click the "edit" button on the right edge of the page.

To add a new row, click the add button. A new row will appear at the bottom of the table. Select the required destination and commodity from the drop down list. Key in the prices for the respective columns. On completion, click submit and we'll take care of the rest!

To remove an existing row, Click the remove button. Click anywhere on the row that is to be removed and Click the trash can icon.

If you click the trash can icon by mistake, fret not! Just select the cancel button and we will revert the table for you!

But if you are sure about the deletion, click submit instead and we will update the table for you.

If you just want to update the existing price in the table, it's even easier! Just click on the appropriate cell and key in the new rate:

Your edits will be displayed in green. Once you are satisfied with the updates, click the submit button. To undo change, click the cancel button instead.

You can also sort the values in the table if you prefer to see the rates in a certain order. Just click on the column headers (like destination, commodity, etc.) to switch between ascending order, descending order or to cancel the sort. An arrow will appear next to the column header to show you which sort is active.

Below the rate table, you can input fuel surcharge and security surcharge that pertains to your airfreight rates. Just type directly into the fields and select "enter". It's that easy!

At the bottom of the page, we included a general conditions text box for you to enter any comments and extra Information that you may wish to accompany your airfreight rate table. Just input the information and select "enter", and we'll do the rest for you. This information will be made available and visible to the forwarders.
