How do I add AIRLINE email contacts for quote or booking requests?

Don't see the airline you need? Simply add the address to ensure it reaches the right airline contact!

First, perform a flight search with the required *flight sector for which you want to add your airline email contact, together with cargo weight, dimensions and criteria, you will see a listing of all available flights.

*It is important that you pick the correct origin airport in your flight search as this will determine which airport/city your email airline contact will be created for.

There are 2 ways you can add an AIRLINE email contact:

  1. If you select the required airline (where you want to add the airline email) that shows 'Booking not available' and click REQUEST QUOTES

    Select 'Invite another airline/flight' and input the airline 2letter code or airline name that you want to add and click SUBMIT

    The airline name will appear on the left. Next, select the arrow button (circled in RED) to see the existing emails available and tick the preferred email/s where you want to send your request.


    To ADD an AIRLINE email contact, select the '+' symbol and simply add the email.
    Click CONFIRM to save email.


    OR

2. If you select an airline (where you want to add the airline email) that shows 'REQUEST BOOKING' and click REQUEST QUOTES

On the extreme left column, you will see AIRLINE CONTACT.
Click the 'down' arrow button (circled in RED) to see the existing emails available.
Tick the preferred email/s where you want to send your request.

To ADD an AIRLINE email contact, Select the ADD EMAIL field double arrow (circled in RED) and simply add the email.
Click ADD EMAIL to save email.
