If you have forgotten or lost your CargoAi password, fret not!
At the sign-in page, click on FORGOT PASSWORD?
You will be redirected to the "Forgot Your Password" page.
IMPORTANT - Enter only your *login email address and click RESET PASSWORD
(Do NOT use any other email)
You will see hereunder prompt appear:
Check your *Login email inbox to locate the a "CargoAi Password Reset" email. If you are unable to find the email. check your Spam/Junk Folder too!
(Hereunder is an example of the @CargoAi Password Reset@ email)
Click the LINK provided (RESET YOUR PASSWORD) and you will see hereunder screen
Input the NEW PASSWORD in the 'New Password' and 'Confirm New Password' fields.
Click RESET PASSWORD
You will see a screen saying the password has been successfully changed and you will be directed back to the CargoAi login page.
Just input your login email and the new password to login to CargoAi system.
If you are UNABLE to proceed after you have taken above action, EXIT from the internet browser and clear the browser cache. If the problem remains unchanged, please repeat above steps using the DIFFERENT internet browser.
