From the CargoWALLET Management page you can see your '' Prepaid Balance'' and your
'' PayLater Balance''.
But what is the difference between these balances ?

NOTE: You are only able to top-up the ''Prepaid Balance'', ''PayLater'' balance can't be topped up.

We wanted to inform you that our PayLater feature is currently undergoing enhancements and will be temporarily unavailable. We are diligently working on revamping the PayLater experience to better serve your needs. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

  1. The ''Prepaid Balance'' corresponds to the amount that you have prepaid / Topped-Up to your WALLET.
This can be used for Prepaid payment method, and 10% deduction when using PayLater payment method.

  2. The ''PayLater Balance'' corresponds to the available amount that has been approved by CargoAi for your office to use for 30 days or 60 days PayLater payment methods.

This will only be used for PayLater payment method.

Note: To pay for your PayLater invoice, you will need to have sufficient funds in your Prepaid Balance by the PayLater due date.
