What is Advance Booking?

As the name suggests, it allows you to plan and book your shipments ahead of time instead of booking on an ad hoc basis! Plan ahead for multiple shipments and worry less about available capacity.

How to make an Advance Booking on our Marketplace?

To submit pre bookings, you must fill in the following information:

Step by step:

1) Click the Ad Hoc button to switch to Advance booking screen.

2) Advance booking screen

Fill in the airline, AOL and AOD, departure dates, cargo details (weight, volume and number of pcs) and airwaybill as “mandatory”.

You can fill in the flight number (optional) if you have it on hand, otherwise we will give you options moving forward.

Enjoy the benefits of SMART SUGGESTIONS!
(Suggestions might be empty if you don’t have enough flight search history or bookings)
- find the one which is the closest or matches your booking 100%
- you can definitely edit any fields in the SUGGESTIONS (circled in red).

3) With all the required fields filled, the Request Booking will be clickable.

Note: Rates results are connected to an IATA, and not specific allotment contract rates. Do feel free to contact Customer Success to coordinate with airlines before trying the feature.
