Our partners have agreed to provide the following services:
Full logistical services necessary for the movement of freight, including documentation and/or electronic data transmission, in line with the published and transparent list of charges for their offered freight services.
Communication with you, our CargoAi user, to fulfill all export cargo preparation, export handling on your behalf, including in the event of any operational issues.
Ability to provide such services either independently or utilizing a Third Party. The partner assumes full responsibility for the service delivery of Third Parties contracted by the partner.
Additionally, our partners have also agreed:
not to directly or indirectly solicit, interfere or attempt to entice away any business from CargoAi users using their services.
to uphold service standards and they have agreed to adhere to best-in-class quality standards, including complying with all applicable laws and refrain from any practices deemed illegal or unethical in their respective or Third Party countries where goods will transit.
to protect data and confidentiality by securely storing and limiting access to confidential information for authorized use only.
