Office Admins now have full control to manage users directly within their office.
What Office Admins Can Do:

  • Add new users to their office using the “Add User” button on the WALLET management page.
The new user will automatically receive an invitation email to join.

  • Edit or remove non-admin users as needed. (CargoWALLET Roles & Permissions Guide)

For assistance to add new users email: Support+wallet@cargoai.co

💡Whenever a new application is submitted, the Office is automatically set up based on the location/city that was included in the application form. The CargoMART User who submitted the application form will have access to that Office's WALLET.

Example: John is based in London, and he submitted the application indicating London office. Therefore his WALLET gets activated for him as London Office, and he is a user of that Office.

He has a team of 5 staff making bookings. After the WALLET is activated for the London Office, he sends an email to Support+wallet@cargoai.co to activate the 5 employees. There are now 6 total users listed under the London office.

A year later, the head office tells John to set up the WALLET for the new Paris office. John has to fill up a new WALLET request form for Paris. After it is activated, John is the only user for the Paris Office.

Celine starts as a new employee at the Paris Office; similarly John emails Support+wallet@cargoai.co to make Celine a user of the Paris office. There are now total 2 users of the Paris office.

➡️ John is listed as a user for both London and Paris office.

➡️ Celine does not have access to the London office's WALLET or bookings, and vice versa for her 5 colleagues in London who do not have access to the Paris office.

💡Finance users do not need a CargoMART account to Top Up the WALLET, as the invoice will be emailed automatically to them with the details for the bank transfer.
