At CargoWALLET, our transactions are designed to be instant and irreversible.

Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be reversed or modified. However, if there is a need to amend or rectify a transaction, both the vendor and the payer can initiate a new transaction with the same reference to make the necessary adjustments.

We are actively working on implementing an online resolution process within CargoWALLET, set to launch in Q1 2024. This feature will provide a streamlined way to address any issues or disputes related to transactions.
