Editing Terms & Conditions for Rates Display

How do I add or change the Terms & Conditions for the rates displayed?

Only Airline and GSA registrants are able to edit the rates display Terms & Conditions for their account's configured airlines.

  1. Login to https://app.cargoai.co with your airline login/password.

  2. Select the **Rate Type for your Terms & Conditions

3. You will see the Rate Type appear on the top left of the screen.
(In this example, PROMO Rate can be seen)


4. If you are displaying rates for only ONE airline, it will now be displayed.
HOWEVER, if your account is configured to have more than one airline, you will be able to see and select Change Airline button to select the airline which requires the Terms & Conditions to be added/changed.

5. You will now see the airline brand that you have selected on the top left of the screen.
(In this example, WESTJET can be seen)

6. The Terms & Conditions is found at the bottom.

7. Select the PENCIL icon next to GENERAL CONDITIONS to edit the Terms & Conditions

8. You can edit as required in either of the 3 categories:

a. General Conditions

b. Other Charges

c. Other info

9. Once you have completed, move the mouse to hover any where OUTSIDE the boxes (categories) and click ONCE.

10. Click the SUBMIT button on the top right of the screen

11. You should see hereunder prompt appear when the Terms & Conditions have been successfully changed

That's all!

**Note that Market rates Term & Conditions will be displayed if none exist for Promo and/or Contract rates.
