Follow the next steps to do so:

Step 1: Fill in the CSV template with the related schedules
Template available in the article.
Highlights:
Date should be DD/MM/YYYY
Aircraft, Volume and Weight capacity are mandatory fields
The separator is semi-colon ';'
Date & Time Format are DD/MM/YYYY and HHHH

01504.30pm need to be in this format:
1630
For flights that span across days, use the Day arrival column. E.g. For flights leaving on 2300 but arrives the next day 1015. Use the Day arrival column to indicate how many days later that the flight will land.
Step 2: Send your CSV file to support+schedule@cargoai.co.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How to modify CSV files? We suggest using Sublime Text as the text editor to edit the CSV’s. You can still use Excel program as long as you maintain a CSV format.
How does it work if the airline has multiple legs / transloading? Each row in the file represents a leg. Each leg will need to be represented in a different row.
Our current logic is that if a legs departing from the same destination-origin within 12h, they will be tied together as part of the schedule search results.
Example 1:
Flight 1 CDG>SIN Day 1 Departure Time 00h
Flight 2 SIN>CDG Day 1+8h
Results: Both will be linked together
Example 2
Flight 1 CDG>SIN Day 1 Departure Time 00h
Flight 2 SIN>CDG Day 1+13h
Results: Both flights will NOT be shown together / marked as independent
