New policy on the number of free searches

Dear Customer,

At CargoAi, we are committed to providing you with the most efficient and innovative solutions for your business. As part of our mission to provide a successful digital ecosystem, we would like to inform you of an important update regarding the free version of CargoMART

What is changing?

From November 15, 2024, the free version of CargoMART will impose a limit on the number of free searches per month.

If the number of reservations becomes too low in relation to price searches, access to the free version of CargoMART will therefore be restricted.

This new policy aims to ensure that our customers use our platform capabilities efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.

Are bookings still free?

The ebooking function remains free and unlimited, we just limit access to consultation of rates and capacity (which was until now unlimited). We leave a sufficient number of price searches to allow you to make ebookings but if the ratio is below ebooking use, your searches will be blocked, which will impact your ability to make ebooking

What are your options?

The PRO version allows you to perform unlimited searches, without any ratio restrictions, giving you the freedom to explore and book according to your business needs. Additionally, it offers exclusive features to optimize your purchasing processes and improve efficiency.
