Q: I am getting the error message "GetAWBFailed", "CheckAWBFailed" or "AgentStockFailed" when I'm trying to perform a booking. That do these error codes mean?

A: All these errors are related to AWB issue in your request.

  • GetAWBFailed error is triggered when you perform a booking without AWB number and the Airline stock is empty.

  • CheckAWBFailed error is triggered when you perform a booking with an AWB number already used in Airline system.

  • AgentStockFailed error is triggered when you perform a booking with an AWB number which is not associated to your IATA Cass in airline system.
