Q: I am getting an error informing me that my AWB number is wrong or not in my stock, but the AWB was provided by the airline itself. How can I fix this?

A: Unfortunately, these errors are only returned if the Airline API reject your booking with similar error. The best is to check with the airline in question if the AWB stock is correctly assigned to your account and your branch.

Please be aware that some airlines are sensitive regarding AWB numbers, which means that if you share AWBs between your different branches, this may explain the error returned by Airline API.
