Q: It seems that your Tracking API can be used for past shipments. What is the maximum duration for which backdated shipments are supported?
A: Our tracking solution greatly depends on the airline in question. If the data is still stored and available on their side, we will be able to provide the data to you, irrespective of how old the shipment is. Unfortunately, if the airline doesn't provide the data, we won't be able to retrieve it and provide a response for your tracking.
Additionally, if this specific AWB has already been tracked on our side when the shipment was live, we retain the data in our system up to 6 months after the last tracking update.
