Visit CargoWALLET website 
Step 1: Select 'Try for Free' or Sign Up
Step 2: Select Account Type
Choose your preferred as your account type, e.g., Airline/GSA, GHA, Airport, Forwarder, Port, port, shipper, trucking, or other.
 
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 3: Create your account
Provide your corporate email address in the email field.
- CargoWallet only accepts corporate email addresses. 
- You can only create one account per email address. 
- If you encounter issues registering your email, please refer to the article:Why can't I register? 
- Create a strong password that meets the specified security criteria. Click on rules to view password requirements 
Enter Personal Details
- Provide your First Name and Last Name. 
- Click the hyperlink to read CargoWallet’s Terms and Conditions. 
- Once all fields are completed, the AGREE box will become active 
- Select AGREE to accept the terms and complete 
A SUCCESS! prompt will appear upon completion. 
Step 4: Verifying Your Email Address
- Check your registered email inbox for a verification email from no-reply@cargoai.co. If you do not see it, - Check your Spam/Junk folder. 
- Ensure that the CargoAi domain is not blocked by your IT administrator. 
 
- Click Verify my email in the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can click on the verification link provided. - The verification link is valid for 2 weeks. 
 
Step 5: Complete Business Information 
- Enter your Full Company Name. If your company is listed, select it; otherwise, type it in manually. 
- Type and select your City (e.g., Frankfurt). 
- Type and select your 2-letter country code (e.g., KE for Kenya). - Ensure that you select from the system-generated list; otherwise, the REGISTER & VERIFY button will remain inactive. 
 
- Click Continue to proceed. 
Step 6: Account Review & Approval
- The CargoWallet team will review your application within 1 working day (24 hours). 
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject Welcome to CargoWALLET 
- You can now log in and begin exploring cargoWALLET 
 
4. Once your WALLET Status is set to ACTIVE you will receive an email notification from support@cargoai.co with the subject line CargoWALLET Status Update. 
Congratulations! You can now start transacting with our cargoWALLET.
