Here you will see how to reply to the many quote requests you will receive thanks to CargoAi.
From the eQuote dashboard, on the right side, you will find the Actions buttons.
By clicking on the (...) "Quick action", you can reply quickly by rejecting, editing the rate or accepting the quote request (in case the forwarder has set a target rate)
By clicking on the (i) "Information button", you will get the details of the quote request.
If the Quote Status is QUOTE REQUESTED then we offer several ways for you to quote :
ACCEPT QUOTE
The forwarder has set an All-in target rate that you can see on the left (RATE box). If you can match this target rate, click on the ACCEPT QUOTE button.
REJECT
You are not interested to make a quote for the request ? Click on REJECT
You will be asked to select a reason.
If the reason is due to lack of capacity, you can offer a lower space (in kg).
EDIT RATE
The forwarder set a target rate you can't match ? There is no target rate ?
By clicking on EDIT RATE button, you will have the control on the rate offer.
On CargoAi, you can quote in All-in or Net Rate. With Net Rate, you will have to complete the Fuel and Security surcharges.
You can also decide to make the quote per kg or for the all shipment by selecting the best option for you in the Price type drop down list
EDIT flight - Suggest an alternative flight
If the 3 options above don't serve your needs, this is where you can suggest an alternative flight for the shipment, either by searching an existing flight in our system, or by creating a new flight.
From the flight information above and click EDIT.
Input the alternative flight number, departure and arrival dates.
If the routing has more than one sector, select "+" to add the flight number, departure and arrival dates for the other sectors.
Once the above is completed, click on the Save New Flight(s)/Route button. You should see hereunder prompt appear:
You will also see the new flight information appear in the quote request:
And finally, keep the communication channel opened with your customer by using the integrated chat.
