There are 4 possible booking statuses for a shipment.
Booking confirmed - indicates that the airline has accepted the forwarder's booking request,
Booking cancelled - indicates that the forwarder or airline has cancelled the booking
In transit - the cargo is no longer with the forwarder
Delivered - the forwarder has indicated that the cargo is delivered
At any time during these stages, the forwarder and airline will be able to use our integrated chat in the booking page to communicate.
