Using Track & Trace

You need to have a valid AWB (11 numbers) before you can take action.

If you have only the HAWB or other shipment references, these cannot be used in Track & Trace. You only option is to contact your Forwarder or the Airline for more information on your shipment.

  1. Connect to https://cargoai.co

  2. Select CO2 tracking from the top menu

  3. Enter your AWB number (e.g. 618-30184674)

If the AWB is valid, you will find the shipment results showing the origin and destination airports, and other cargo details.

The flight route is shown on the LEFT:

The airline, origin and destination (final) airports are shown on the RIGHT:

If the AWB search is taking a long time as shown in hereunder screenshot (in the RED box):

or if you see error "UNABLE TO GET AWB DETAILS" appear:

Just manually type in the AWB number instead of pasting it in the track & trace AWB field (circled in red in hereunder screenshot). We're working at full speed to make this page run as smooth to use as possible!
