Do you need to cancel a booking ? This is what you do.

You can cancel a booking only if the shipment is still in BOOKING CONFIRMED status.

There are 2 ways you can do this. Once you have decided to cancel a booking, from the CargoAi system,

  1. Select SHIPMENT from the top pull-down menu to see the Shipments dashboard (Booking History).

  2. Identify the shipment you want to cancel and select the "..." next to it.

3. Click on Cancel and you should see hereunder prompt asking for confirmation:

4. Select Cancel Booking

In the booking history, the cancelled booking record's progress will now show CANCEL REQUESTED.

Once the booking cancellation request has been accepted, the status will change to BOOKING CANCELLED.

ALTERNATIVELY, from the CargoAi platform,

  1. Select SHIPMENT from the top pull-down menu to reach your shipments list,

  2. Select "(i)" next to the booking you want to cancel,

  3. Select CANCEL BOOKING

The circle for the BOOKING CONFIRMED icon in the timeline will change from GREEN to RED.

In the booking history, the cancelled booking record's progress will change to CANCEL REQUESTED status.

Once the booking cancellation request has been accepted, the status will change to BOOKING CANCELLED.

Cancellation fees/charges, are subject to the airline's terms and conditions.
