Where is the flight data coming from?
We combine multiple sources from :
- direct connection with airlines, GSAs and airports
- available online data from different providers
In some cases (mainly for small charters), we also calculate and simulate forwarded schedules based on predicted analysis of what happened in the past

What is the period displayed?
The Live Capacity dashboard has 12 weeks of data, always starting from Monday. This includes the previous 10 weeks, the current week and the following week.

How do you calculate capacity?

We have the schedules of all flights and the aircraft’s body-type information. We then map a standard capacity of the flight to the aircraft’s body-type.

How often is the data refreshed?

Data is refreshed on a daily basis for all the sources above.

How accurate is the information?

We are 100% confident that our information is the most accurate in the industry by far. We welcome any feedback if you have any question.

How is Capacity Aggregated Destination calculated?

The Capacity Aggregated Destination module represents the total Capacity that is flown to the country. This includes the previous 10 weeks, the current week and the following week. The total number of flights and total unique flight number are also calculated.

How is Capacity Aggregated Airlines calculated?

The Capacity Aggregated Airlines module represents the total capacity flown by the respective airline to the filtered destination. The total number of flights and total unique flight number are also calculated.

How far into the future from the current date can I see capacity details?

We provide airline capacity details up to two weeks in advance.

You can find these details under Airline Details > Capacity detail .

You can then sort the flight_date in descending order.

How can I see the air quotes offered by airlines?

Can I export data from this dashboard?

Yes you can. You can export a CSV file from each found under the ellipsis menu at the top right corner in each module of the dashboard grid.
