There is a CargoAi eQuote from a forwarder pending your response.

  1. For registered CargoAi airline user, to locate the forwarder's quote request:

    Login to URL https://app.cargoai.co if you are a registered CargoAi airline user Select QUOTES to locate the required quote request and click the blue (i) to view it.

You should see a screen similar to hereunder screenshot.

Click EDIT RATE if you want to send a different rate to forwarder
Click EDIT FLIGHT if you want to offer an alternative flight to forwarder
Click ACCEPT QUOTE or REJECT the forwarder's quote request

You can use the CHAT feature , area circled in green, to chat with the forwarder.
Type your response in area circled in red.
Select ENTER or click the arrow icon (circled in green) to send your response.
