There is a CargoAi booking request from a forwarder pending your response concerning a booking request.

If you are not a registered CargoAi user, locate the CargoAi email from Admin@cargoai.co in your email inbox.
(Please see hereunder sample CargoAi email to airline)

You can click MODIFY BOOKING.

If you are assigning the AWB number, please enter this information on CargoAi Platform, click the word "HERE"
- On the first line 'To confirm this booking, please add an AWB on the shipment details page right HERE" OR
- In point "2. If you are assigning the AWB number, please enter this information on CargoAi Platform HERE. This will allow the forwarder to track their shipment."

​You should see the booking request details.
Add the AWB info if required.
You can choose to click the REJECT or CONFIRM BOOKING button.

Use the CHAT feature, area circled in green, to chat with the forwarder.
Type your response in area circled in red.
Select ENTER or click the arrow icon (circled in green) to send your response.
