To locate Airline/GSA contact, you need to be registered on CargoAi system.
In addition, the airline/GSA contact available will only be those for your origin airport/country.
There are a few locations where you can find airline/GSA contact displayed:
A. Where no quote or booking is made
Select RATES / Airline rate sheets - from the top pull down menu.
If Rates for the airline you require is available, select the (.) icon for that airline
Scroll to the BOTTOM of the screen to locate the GENERAL CONDITIONS box.
Scroll to the BOTTOM of the GENERAL CONDITIONS box and, if the airline/GSA contact information is available, it will be displayed.
B. After a booking is confirmed
Once your CargoAi booking is confirmed, there are 2 places you can find the airline/GSA contact.
Open the 'Booking Confirmed' email that is sent to you. The airline/GSA contact (or operational contact) details can be found at the bottom of the email.
2. From the Booking Confirmation found in SHIPMENT (pull-down menu), on the top RIGHT column.
