You find that you are receiving quote request emails which are meant for certain airlines. Why?

When you were making quote requests on CargoAi system previously, you had accidentally added your email in the AIRLINE CONTACT field in either locations as shown in hereunder 2 screenshots:


These fields are meant for you (forwarders) to input your preferred airline email contact.

What should you do?

Just contact us via livechat on or email and let know which email address you are receiving these incorrect emails, or send us a copy of the quote request which you had incorrectly received. We will rectify this within 24 working hours.
