There are likely 2 scenarios:

  1. User wants to use a specific AWB, but an automatic AWB was assigned.
    The quickest and best thing to do is to CANCEL the booking with the wrong AWB and re-book with the correct AWB.

    2. If the shipment is enroute or has already arrived at the destination, but the AWB needs to be amended, please contact the airline to assist with the required AWB changes.
