Once your CargoAi shipment booking has been confirmed, you can enable the shipment's Track & Trace updates to be sent to you (i.e. your CargoAi login email) or to another email address. Here's how you can do this.
Click SHIPMENT from the top pull-down menu.
Select the '(i)' icon for the required shipment.
To ensure easy viewing, you will see the tracking details displayed in a table format for the duration of the shipment (circled in bright green).
A. To enable the shipment's Track & Trace updates to be sent to your CargoAi login email, shift the 'receive updates via email' (cirlced in RED) button to the RIGHT.
(To stop the email updates, just shift this button to the LEFT.)
B. To send the shipment's Track & Trace updates to *another email address (e.g. the shipper, consignee or other team member), input the email address in 'send updates via email to' (circled in yellow) and click SUBSCRIBE. You will see the email appear below this feature (circled in ORANGE). To add more email addresses, just add it in the 'send updates via email to' (circled in yellow) and click SUBSCRIBE again (pls see hereunder screenshot). It's that easy!!
*Note that once you subscribe other emails to receive the shipment's Track & Trace updates, only they can unsubscribe from these email update - the UNSUBSCRIBE link can be found near the bottom of the shipment's Track & Trace email update that they receive).
