"On hold" transactions correspond to Booking Prepayment transactions that have not yet been accepted by the airline.

This amount has already been deducted from your ‘'Prepaid Balance’' and cannot be used.
Once the booking has been accepted by the airline, the transaction will be validated.
If not, the funds will be refunded to your Prepaid Balance.
