This guide outlines the steps and responsibilities involved when an airline is onboarded to the HKIA CargoConnect platform with the support of AA HelpDesk Team.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Registration link sharing
- AA HelpDesk Team shares the official CargoAi airline registration link with the airline: https://hkiacargo.cargoai.co/register?type=airline 
 
- AA HelpDesk Team copies (in cc) hkiacc@hkiacargo.com on the registration email sent to the airline. 
2. Automatic notification to CargoAi Support
- Once the airline completes the registration form, an automatic email notification is sent to the CargoAi Support Team. 
- This notification informs CargoAi Support Team that a new airline has registered on the platform. 
3. Account activation by CargoAi Support
- The CargoAi Support Team is responsible for: - Activating the airline’s account. 
- Enabling the interline module for the airline. 
 
4. Confirmation to the airline
- After activation, the airline will receive an automated confirmation email. 
- This email confirms that: - Their account is now active. 
- They can access the platform and use the interline features.
