I noticed a departure from AMS in the tracking data, but the carrier’s website doesn’t show any event from AMS. Why?

The departure event from AMS was received directly from the carrier’s API. The airline’s website often reflects a simplified or partial view of operational data and may not include all events available via their backend systems.

Also, sometimes airlines update their website over the time during shipment's transit, but our system keep a cache of all the data pushed by the airline.
