I’m trying to figure out if a rate comes from a co-loader. Is that possible?

At this time, there is no way to identify whether a displayed rate is coming from a co-loader or directly from the airline.
All rates appear uniformly, regardless of the provider behind them, unless you have provided your IATA CASS and are within the same market.
