OTP Login issues

If you are trying to login, but keep getting error "Incorrect OTP!", pls try hereunder steps in order to login.

When you login to CargoAi, remember to:

  1. click "REMEMBER ME" below the password. This will help the system to remember you if you do not logout.

2. Next, check your CargoAi login email inbox/spam folders for the OTP.

It might take a few minutes depending on the data network condition (remember to refresh your email inbox to ensure new emails are received quickly).
If you see any OLD OTP emails, pls delete them so that you will only see the NEW OTP emails.

3. If the OTP does not work, click RESEND OTP button ONCE and wait for the next OTP to be rcvd in your email inbox. Do not press the OTP button too many times as this will generate OTPs whenever you click it, and you might not know which OTP to use.

4. If you are copying or cutting and pasting the OTP number from the email to the OTP and it does not work, try to type the OTP manually into the OTP field (or vice versa) to check if it's accepted.
