TOP-UP INVOICE
Top-Up Invoice is the document that is available upon completion of the Top-Up request.
This can only be downloaded at the time that the Top-Up request is completed.
An invoice will be automatically sent to your registered office finance email with bank details to proceed with the payment.
TOP-UP RECEIPT
Top-Up Receipt is the confirmation document sent to the office finance email once the Topped-Up funds have been credited to the WALLET (Prepaid Balance).
Your WALLET's Prepaid Balance will be updated as soon as we receive the funds. Please note it may take few days to receive your funds depending on your bank.
