The fees depend on the Payment Method selected.
Prepaid : We do not charge any fees for shipments paid via this payment method.
PayLater 30 days : We charge 2% of the total amount of the shipments paid via this payment method.
PayLater 60 days : We charge 4% of the total amount of the shipments paid via this payment method.
However, we always HOLD a 10% deposit of the total freight amount for all shipments. This deposit is held to cover any unforeseen additional costs related to the shipment.
Additionally, there's an Export/Import fee of 2% of the total shipment amount when booking with our partners.
