Q: I put the airline prefix in the AWB field of my booking request, why was my booking rejected?

A: Please make sure the flight option you chose is eligible for Auto AWB, the feature that fetches an AWB from the airline stock when the AWB is not typed during the booking request. Please check the flight object of the search response: if the field AWBOptional is set to true, this means you are eligible for Auto AWB, if not, please send an AWB number along with the airline prefix in your booking request.
