A: The offered rates mainly depend on the type of rate you are receiving for your shipment.

If you receive live rates (type "live"), this means that the rate is coming from Airline’s API. Additionally, this means that your shipment dimensions have been checked and your cargo can fit in the offered options.

If you receive internal rates (type "market", "promo", "contract") please be mindful that these rates are not checked against dimensions.
