Q: Both scheduled and actual arrival and departure times are available in the tracking endpoints. Is it possible to get estimated arrival/departure times and receive updates if there are any changes?
A: Currently, our API only provides scheduled and actual arrival and departure times. Due to limitations from our partners, estimated times are often missing or not reliable, which makes accurate tracking difficult. We had previously considered including this information in our tracking response, and you may have noticed a dedicated field for it in our documentation. However, after careful analysis, we found that the data quality did not meet our standards. To avoid confusing our users with unreliable information, we decided not to implement it for now.
