Submit Your Bank Account Information
Ensure your bank account details are submitted in your CargoWALLET account.
Complete KYB (Know Your Business) Process
For your first Pay Out request, complete the KYB process. This one-time verification ensures the security and compliance of financial transactions.

How to Request a Pay Out
Ready to request a Pay Out? Follow these simple steps:
Log into your CargoWALLET account
Visit your CargoWALLET Management page.
Click on the Pay Out icon
Note: The Pay Out feature is currently in progress. Until it is ready, you can make Pay Out requests via email to cargowallet@cargoai.co.
Set Your Pay Out Frequency:
Customize your Pay Out schedule. Choose regular intervals (e.g., weekly or daily) or set triggers for when your CargoWALLET balance reaches a specific threshold.
