Summary
This guide shows you how to send payments from your Wallet to another wallet. A Guest User (someone who's not yet on cargoWALLET) , or to an External Bank Account

NOTE: The fee for every transaction in and out of CargoWALLET is dynamic. You’ll see the exact total fee up front for each payment method and currency.
Who Can Initiate a Pay To
Must be in an office with an activated wallet

Payment Flows
Navigate to the “Pay To” tab in the CargoWALLET navigation bar.
Scenario 1: Paying to a Recipient with an Existing Wallet
In this scenario, the vendor already has an account. Payments can be processed immediately, with funds directly transferred to the beneficiary.
Step 1: Fill Out Transaction Details
Enter all required fields, such as amount and currency.
Double-check to ensure accuracy.
Files Upload field
If Amount < 5k USD, then the field is optional.
If Amount ≥ 5k USD, then the field is mandatory.
When all the mandatory information has been provided, the next step button becomes clickable.
Step 2: Select the Recipient
Type the vendor’s email address or choose the company name from your saved contacts.
NOTE:
In the All Contacts section, all the “Public” wallets are displayed.
If a wallet is in private mode, it will not be displayed within this card.
Here is where you can adjust your WALLET PRIVACY from the settings to suit your preferences
Search Logic (when using an email address):

Step 3: Choose a Payment Method
Select from Your Prepaid Balance , Credit/Debit Card, Local Bank Transfers & International Bank Transfers.
NOTE:
By default, the prepaid payment method is selected.
By default, the same currency chosen in step 1 above is selected.
If there are not enough funds in this currency (the selected currency), then the currency with the largest balance (real value, not absolute value) is selected.
We support payments in the recipient’s currency, along with four additional currencies (EUR, GBP, SGD, USD). However, not all payment methods are available for every currency. Once you select a currency from the dropdown menu, the supported payment methods will be displayed
Step 4: Confirm Payment
Review the transaction summary for accuracy.
Click “Confirm Payment” to complete the transaction.
A confirmation email will be sent to the payer with the recipient copied.
Scenario 2: Pay To A Recipient who's not yet on cargoWALLET (Guest User)
Step 1: Fill Out Transaction Details
Enter the transaction amount, currency, and other mandatory fields.
Step 2: Adding Recipient (Guest User)
Enter the recipient's email address (for users who don't yet have an account).
If the email belongs to a guest user (not in our system), you may have the option to send the payment directly to their bank account.
NOTE:
This feature is only available to users who have completed the KYB process. If your KYB is not yet completed, you will still see the option, but it will appear disabled and unchecked.
When selecting a guest user, a checkbox “I know their bank details” will appear.
If you check this box, you can manually fill in the guest recipient’s bank details.
Step 3: Select a Payment Method
Select from Your Prepaid Balance , Credit/Debit Card, Local Bank Transfers & International Bank Transfers.

Step 4: Confirm Payment

NOTE:
You can still send a payment to a guest recipient even if you don't have their bank details. The funds will be held securely until the recipient registers on CargoWALLET.
The recipient will receive an email notification prompting them to register. Once registration is complete, the funds will be transferred into their wallet.

Accuracy Matters: Ensure transaction details and selected currencies align with your wallet balance (if using prepaid).
Fees: Double-check the applicable fees for your chosen payment method.
