Q: I noticed duplicate events in my tracking response, but with different flight information. What does it mean?

A: This means that your shipment has been split between two flights (or more).
In those cases, you should see the same event (code, description, eventDate, eventLocation) being duplicate but with different flight information. Shipment information should be also updated, if it’s not the case it means that we received the event without any update regarding the shipment information.
