How can I distinguish estimated and actual times as part of the tracking email updates?

Unfortunately, our email updates don’t include scheduled or actual times. That information is only available through the URL subscription, where we send the full JSON payload.

The event date shown in the email can sometimes be interpreted as the actual time, but please note that it often differs. Some airlines use the time of the update rather than the actual event time, which can cause discrepancies.

So, to clarify, the email update you’re receiving does not contain the scheduled or actual date/time information.
