If you wish to top up your WALLET, it must be ACTIVE.

PART 1 : Payment Methods & Currencies
Click on the WALLET icon to open the Wallet Management page.
Select the “Top Up” button to proceed to the Top-Up section.
Choose your preferred currency and payment method.
Currently, CargoWALLET supports:30+ currencies
3 payment methods depending on the selected currency:
Local Bank Transfer
International Bank Transfer (SWIFT) - available for all users
Credit/Debit Card (VISA & Mastercard only)
Note: To use a specific currency, you may need to add it first via the drop-down menu. The available payment methods will adjust automatically based on your chosen currency as shared in the below images.
When Armenian Dram currency is selected, only credit card option is available
When USD currency is selected , we have additional payment options available
Enter the amount you'd like to top up.
Click “Top Up My Wallet” to confirm your request.
NOTE: Top-up fees are dynamic and vary depending on the selected currency and payment method. The exact fee will be displayed before you confirm your top-up.
PART 2 : Top-Up Process Flow by Payment Method
Bank Transfers (Local or International)
A pop-up window will appear on the same page, which redirects you to a confirmation page.
Once the TOP UP MY WALLET request is made, you will receive a confirmation message of the same with an “TOP UP REQUEST” button to download a copy of the invoice (also sent via email).
b. Local Payment Methods
An embedded pop-up is displayed on the exact same page.
After clicking “Top-Up My Wallet,” a new tab will open where you can complete your payment.
Your wallet balance will automatically update once payment is received.
c. Credit/Debit Card
An embedded pop-up will display for card payments.
The invoice will be available for download and emailed to you
Top-Up Receipt
A top-up receipt will be sent to your email once the funds are successfully credited to your CargoWALLET.
NOTE: Your CargoWALLET balance will be updated once the funds are received. Bank transfers may take a few days to process but typically incur lower fees based on your bank.
