Feeling lost on how to sign up as a forwarder user? Fret not, we are here to show you the way!

In general, the registration process for forwarders can be split into 3 stages.

Stage 1:

A. For Stage 1, at the LOGIN page,

Click Sign Up at the bottom.


From, select TRY FREE


Enter your corporate email address in the email address field, *password, first name and last name.

Note that:

  1. CargoAi only accepts corporate email addresses. If you are struggling to add your email in registration, please see this article: Why can't I register my email?

  2. Login Email - Note that OTP from CargoAi will be sent to this email address in future for security and authentication purposes.

  3. Click rules to find out more about the rules to be followed for the *password.

You can now sign in to CargoAi using this email address, but will not be able to use the system until you complete the registration and your account is activated.

Once you have completed all fields, the AGREE box will change color and you can select it to agree with CargoAi's terms and conditions to complete stage 1 of the registration.

"SUCCESS!" prompt will apear after this is done.

B. The "Please verify your CargoAi account' email from <> will be sent to your CargoAi login email address you had used for the registration within 3 to 5 minutes. If you are unable to find it in your email's inbox, please check in the SPAM or JUNK folder as well.

If assistance is required, contact us via livechat, providing your CargoAi login email and problem description (e.g. error message seen, etc.)

We would also recommend that you check with your IT support/administrator to ensure that domain is not BLOCKED and messages from are allowed on your network and pc to ensure smooth data exchange when using our system.

Hereunder is a sample of the "Confirmation Email for Forwarder Registration".

Please follow the instructions in the email and click on the REGISTRATION LINK to proceed to stage 2 of the registration process.

Note that the REGISTRATION LINK in the "Confirmation Email for Forwarder Registration" is only valid for 2 weeks from the msg sent date. Please complete the registration as soon as possible.

Stage 2:

A. For stage 2 of the registration process (shown below), please complete the fields that are specific to your business operations. Compulsory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Please select your company name if you see it is listed, otherwise, please simply type it in.

For the Airport code, please select or enter the 3-letter airport code.

Please select or enter only 2-letter country code offered by the system once you type in the Origin Airport Code, e.g. IE for Ireland, etc.

If you type the full country name, the REGISTER & VERIFY button will NOT light up and you will not be able to complete the registration.

B. Once you have input your full company name, (origin) airport code and country, the Register & Verify box will change color.

Click the Register & Verify box to proceed to stage 3 (last) of the registration process.

Stage 3:

A. After you have clicked on the Register & Verify box in stage 2, you will receive hereunder prompt. Please add your IATA CASS so that you can fully utilize our system to perform eQuote & eBooking.
However, if you do not have an IATA CASS, please tick the option "I don't have IATA CASS"
Complete the remaining parameters as far as possible.

Click the "Back" box if you need to return to stage 2 to make any change/s.

B. To complete the registration, click the Register & Verify box.

You will see "We have received your request!" prompt after this is successfully done.

Our team will review your application within 1 working day, after which you will be able to login to try out our system. You will be able to experience how we can enable your organization's cargo office to become more efficient and productive.

Do remember to logout and login again to access our system if you are currently logged in.
