3. Enter your corporate email address in the email address field,

CargoAi only accepts corporate email addresses. If you are struggling to add your email during registration, please see this article: Why can't I register my email?

4. *Password

Click rules to find out more about the rules to be followed for the *password.

5. First name and Last name.

6. Click the hyperlink to read CargoAi's terms and conditions.

7. Once you have completed all fields, the AGREE box will change color and you can select it to agree with CargoAi's terms and conditions to complete stage 1 of the registration.

"SUCCESS!" prompt will appear after this is done.

8. Check your email inbox and locate an email sent from that will be requesting you to "Please verify your CargoAi account"
If you are unable to find it in your email's inbox, please check in the SPAM or JUNK folder as well.

We would also recommend that you check with your IT support/administrator to ensure that domain is not BLOCKED and messages from are allowed on your network and pc to ensure smooth data exchange when using our system.

Hereunder is a sample of the "Confirmation Email for Forwarder Registration".

9. Click on Verify my email to proceed to STAGE 2 of the registration process.

The Verify my email link in the "Confirmation Email for Forwarder Registration" is only valid for 2 weeks from the date message was send . Please complete the registration as soon as possible.

Stage 2:

  1. Complete the fields that are specific to your business operations. Compulsory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

2. Select your company name if you see it is listed, otherwise, please simply type it in.

3. Type in and select the 3-letter airport code.

4. Type in and select 2-letter country code

NOTE: After typing in be sure to SELECT what is offered by the system , e.g. IE for Ireland, FRA for Frankfurt etc.

If you type the full country name, the REGISTER & VERIFY button will NOT be Active and you will not be able to complete the registration.

If you successfully Complete this stage you will receive the email below from

Stage 3:

  1. Click on Let's get started in stage 2.
    You will receive hereunder prompt. Please add your IATA CASS so that you can fully utilize our system to perform eQuote & eBooking.
    However, if you do not have an IATA CASS, please tick the option "I don't have IATA CASS"
    Complete the remaining parameters as far as possible.

2. Click the Confirm box.

You will then see "We have received your request!" prompt after this is successfully done.

Our team will review your application within 1 working day, after which you will be able to login and utilize our system.
