FAQ — Live Capacity Dashboard

A consolidated set of answers to the most common questions about the CargoINTEL Live Capacity dashboard.

1. Where is the flight data coming from?

Multiple sources: direct connections with airlines, GSAs and airports; online data feeds; and simulated forwarded schedules built from predictive analysis of past data.

2. What is the period displayed?

12 weeks of data, always starting on a Monday: the previous 10 weeks, the current week and the following week.

3. How do you calculate capacity?

From flight schedules and the aircraft body-type, mapped to a standard capacity per body-type.

4. How often is the data refreshed?

Daily, for all sources.

5. How accurate is the information?

We are 100% confident it is the most accurate in the industry. Feedback is always welcome.

6. How is Capacity Aggregated Destination calculated?

Total capacity flown to the selected country across the 12-week window, with total flights and unique flight numbers.

7. How is Capacity Aggregated Airlines calculated?

Total capacity flown by each airline to the filtered destination, with total flights and unique flight numbers.

8. How far into the future can I see capacity details?

Up to two weeks. Open Airline Details › Capacity detail and sort flight_date descending.

10. Can I export data from this dashboard?

Yes — every module can be exported to CSV from the ellipsis menu at the top-right corner.

11. Can I generate customized reports?

Yes — contact us with the visualizations you would like and we will build them.

12. Can I share this dashboard?

Yes — use the link icons next to each heading to copy the URL or send it by email, or use Share chart by email from a module's ellipsis menu.
