Finding & Replying to a Forwarder's Booking Request
1. Login to https://app.cargoai.co, select SHIPMENTS and click (i) to view a booking.
2. Add the AWB if required, then REJECT or CONFIRM BOOKING. Use CHAT to communicate with the forwarder.
