Reply to a Quote Request
Once you open a quote request, four actions are available:
ACCEPT QUOTE — confirm the request as-is.
EDIT RATE — choose All-in or Net Rate, per kg or per total shipment.
EDIT FLIGHT — suggest an alternative flight with number and dates. You can also REJECT the request.
